HATTIE HUT – Terms & Conditions
You must read the entire site terms and conditions below before booking.
All bookings, however made, are on the understanding that all the following terms and conditions are accepted. Your enjoyment and safety is our priority, so it is important that you agree and adhere to these.
All bookings will require a deposit of 25% to secure the hut with the remaining balance being due 7 days before arrival. Prices are per night and are for up to two people plus a maximum of 2 vehicles. Deposits are non-refundable, but please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel – as a gesture of goodwill we may be able to transfer your deposit to another time.
We cannot accept bookings from under 21’s There will be no refunds for bad weather or if asked to leave for bad behaviour.
Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. It may be possible to alter these times but it has to be agreed beforehand with the owner, as the hut may already be booked in busy times. Upon arrival, please come down to the farmhouse/office where you can collect the key. If you are arriving after 8pm we can place the key in the key box and text you the code on the morning of your arrival. Time of departure is by 11am when the key will need to be handed back into the farmhouse/office.
We are sorry we do not accept pets in Hattie Hut.
Hattie Hut has a no smoking policy in place.
Please respect other people’s peace and quiet – quiet time is from 11pm until 7am.
DATA PROTECTION – information regarding your booking will be stored on our computer solely for the campsite use but will not be released to any other third party. Booking by telephone, email or online confirms your agreement. Westacott Farm Camping and the owners and staff thereof are under no liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to property or equipment, however caused, whilst with us.
