Terms and Conditions

You must read the entire site terms and conditions below before booking. All bookings, however made, are on the understanding that all the following terms and conditions are accepted. Your enjoyment and safety is our priority, so it is important that you agree and adhere to these.

All bookings will require a deposit to secure the pitch with the remaining balance being due upon arrival.

Prices are per pitch per night and are for up to two people plus one vehicle. There are different rates for back packers or single travellers with a vehicle and extra people and vehicles to a pitch plus a charge per dog per night. All prices include 20% VAT.

Deposits are non refundable, but please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel – as a gesture of goodwill as long as we have 48 hours notice we may be able to transfer your deposit to another time.

We cannot accept bookings for hen or stag parties, single sex parties of more than 4 people or unaccompanied persons under the age of 18. Group bookings will be limited to a maximum of four pitches.

There will be no refunds for bad weather or if asked to leave for bad behaviour.

Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out is by 11.30am. It may be possible to alter these times but it has to be agreed beforehand with the owners as the pitches may already be booked in busy times. The farm shop where you will check in later is open from 5.30pm.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party and must supervise children properly, especially on the play equipment to ensure fair play. Children MUST NOT play in and around the amenities area or other campers’ pitches. No leather balls or heavy balls are to be used on the site.

Dogs are warmly welcomed on site but MUST BE ON A LEAD AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIME. All dog fouling MUST be picked up IMMEDIATELY and disposed of in the red dog waste bins provided. Dogs must never be left on the site unattended and are not permitted in the amenities block.

Please respect other people’s peace and privacy. Quiet time is from 11pm until 7am. Please remember tents and awnings offer no sound insulation whatsoever and your music may not be enjoyed by your neighbours!

The campsite speed limit is 5mph. Please drive carefully at all times and take care as there are children running around on site.

You can hire a campfire brazier from the office where we offer a package which includes lightings, firelighters, newspaper and a net of logs. Extra logs are available to buy. You can bring your own brazier and buy logs etc from us. You MUST make sure that the GRASS IS PROTECTED at all times. There are slabs dotted around the edges of the fields for your use. Please make sure that you use the slabs for disposable BBQs too.

There are no generators allowed on site.

All toilet waste from vans must be disposed of in the chemical waste disposal points in both Bay View and Lundy View fields. There is a draining area by the chemical disposal in the Lundy View field where grey water (dishwashing water etc) can be disposed of. In the Bay View field it can be disposed of by the clean drinking water tap.

We are trying to do our part in recycling so please can you separate and dispose of your refuse in the labelled bins provided in the fields. WE DISPOSE OF EVERYDAY WASTE BUT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE AWNINGS, BBQ, CAMPING CHAIRS, TENTS, GAZEBOS, CARPETS, MATTRESSES, MICROWAVES, TOASTERS, KETTLES AND OTHER SUCH ITEMS. PLEASE EITHER TAKE THEM HOME WITH YOU OR TAKE THEM TO THE RECYCLING CENTRE AT CADDSDOWN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE (just further down the road from Asda) WHICH IS LESS THAN 10 MINS AWAY BY CAR WHERE YOU CAN DISPOSE OF THEM FREE OF CHARGE. Please make sure that you help to keep the campsite tidy by abiding by the above.

Please make sure that you abide by the campsite signs when out and about…this is a working farm where we have large working machinery, animals who have young and areas out of bounds for campers. Failure to comply with these conditions or acting in a manner that is disrespectful to others may result in the offending party being asked to leave immediately without refund or compensation.

We reserve the right to refuse to admit to the site any person we deem to be unsuitable for the peace and quiet of a family orientated site.
